About the Role
We are seeking an impeccably presented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for this leading agency. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a polished, fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. You’ll play a key role in supporting the team and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This is a fulltime role working Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries efficiently
  • Handling mail, keys and general office coordination
  • Support the sales and property management teams with ad hoc tasks
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a collaborative, fast-paced team.
You will bring:
  • Previous experience in reception or customer service (real estate experience highly regarded)
  • Immaculate personal presentation and exceptional communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
