About the Role
Due to an internal promotion, we’re now seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join this dynamic team. You’ll be an integral part of the business, supporting both the sales and property management departments while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This is a fulltime role working Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.
Duties and Responsibilities
In this role, you will be the welcoming face of the business, the first point of contact for clients and visitors while providing essential support to both the property management and sales teams.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Partnering with the sales and property management teams to provide daily support
- Answering incoming calls and responding to client enquiries
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation
- Handling mail, keys and general office coordination
- Supporting leadership with company-wide initiatives and process improvements
- Working collaboratively with the admin team to deliver and implement new strategies
- Providing ongoing communication and timely support across the business
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a collaborative, fast-paced team.
