The Role
As part of the company’s continued growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for a professional and organised Receptionist to join their team. This front-of-house role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the office and supporting the sales team with a range of administrative tasks. If you are someone who takes pride in delivering excellent client service, enjoys multitasking, and has a strong administrative background, this role could be the perfect next step in your career.

Duties and Responsibilities
In this diverse role, you’ll be the welcoming face of the business with duties and responsibilities including:

  • Managing all front desk responsibilities including answering phones and greeting visitors
  • Coordinating meeting rooms and maintaining a polished and professional reception area
  • Administrative support to the sales team - including data entry, listing preparation and contract coordination
  • Managing settlement including liasing with clients and conveyancers
  • Marketing including marketing materials and brochures and  online property listings 
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this role, you will have previous experience in a receptionist or office administration role, with a high level of professionalism and strong organisational skills. Experience in the real estate industry or a similar field will be highly regarded. You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be confident managing multiple priorities, and thrive in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is essential, along with strong attention to detail and a proactive, service-focused approach.
