About the Role
We are seeking a well-presented and highly organised Receptionist & Administration Assistant to be the first point of contact for clients and provide vital administrative support to the team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys delivering outstanding customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and manage email correspondence
  • Handling mail, keys and general office coordination
  • Support the team with scheduling, meeting coordination, and office management
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
Skills & Experience
You will bring:
  • Previous experience in reception or administration (real estate experience highly regarded)
  • A keen interest in real-estate and property 
  • Immaculate personal presentation and exceptional communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
