About the Roles


We are looking for organised, professional and motivated individuals to join our Real Estate & Property Administrator Temp Team. You will have the chance to work within some of Adelaide’s top property and real estate businesses, stepping into essential admin and front-of-house roles that keep offices running smoothly. Whether you are after short-term assignments or longer placements, we will match you with roles that suit your skills, interests and lifestyle.



Duties & Responsibilities



  • Greet clients and manage reception or front desk operations

  • Handle phone and email enquiries professionally

  • Support sales and property management teams with administration tasks

  • Assist with data entry, document preparation and filing



Skills & Experience


To be successful, you will need:



  • A minimum of 12 months’ experience in a real estate, property or building office

  • Strong communication, attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ideally PropertyMe or Property Tree

  • A friendly, adaptable attitude and the confidence to hit the ground running
