Catholic Education South Australia (CESA) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Officer to join their Planning & Development team. About the Role
Reporting to the Manager: Real Estate, you will play a key role in managing and supporting real estate operations across CESA. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating, managing and finalising property acquisitions adjacent to school sites. Negotiating leases, licences, and MOUs with third parties.
- Managing day-to-day property operations and administration.
- Maintaining the real estate portfolio tracker and land acquisition register.
- Providing property advice and data to support strategic decision-making.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in property negotiations and real estate administration.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
- Tertiary qualifications in property or a related field.
- A current driver’s licence and knowledge of the Adelaide property market.
