Catholic Education South Australia (CESA) is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Officer to join their Planning & Development team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and operational excellence of a values-based organisation that supports over 100 Catholic schools across the state.  With continued growth and a large pipeline of approved works, this is an exciting time to join the organisation.
 
About the Role
Reporting to the Manager: Real Estate, you will play a key role in managing and supporting real estate operations across CESA. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating, managing and finalising property acquisitions adjacent to school sites. Negotiating leases, licences, and MOUs with third parties.
  • Managing day-to-day property operations and administration.
  • Maintaining the real estate portfolio tracker and land acquisition register.
  • Providing property advice and data to support strategic decision-making.
 
Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in property negotiations and real estate administration.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
  • Tertiary qualifications in property or a related field.
  • A current driver’s licence and knowledge of the Adelaide property market.
