About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Property Manager to join the team and manage a portfolio of properties across a scenic coastal and regional area, located approximately 60 minutes south of Adelaide CBD. This role is ideal for candidates living locally who enjoy being part of a welcoming, close-knit community with beautiful landscapes, beaches and a relaxed lifestyle.

Duties & Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll take ownership of your portfolio and ensure a seamless property management experience, including:
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants across an assigned portfolio of approximately 110 properties
  • Managing rental arrears, rent reviews, and lease renewals
  • Arranging repairs and maintenance, and conducting outgoing inspections
  • Finalising bond claims and refunds online
  • Preparing and submitting SACAT applications, files, and attending hearings as required
  • Preparing and submitting landlord insurance claims
  • Performing various other property management duties as required
Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
  • A minimum of 3 years’ property management experience
  • Solid understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and relevant legislation
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • A current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Professional approach and presentation, with strong client-focused communication skills
