Property Manager

The Role
Due to steady, organic growth, our client is ready to welcome an enthusiastic entry level Property Manager to assist their existing Property Managers with managing a quality and growing portfolio. This part-time role (22.5 hours per week) across 3 days with the chance to increase hours as the portfolio grows.  This role is ideal for someone studying or newly registered who is eager to learn and build property management experience.

The Duties
Enjoy variety every day with a balance of in-office and out-in-the-field experience:
  • Assisting with processing rental applications
  • Attending open inspections, routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
  • Coordinating property maintenance and repairs
  • Responding to emails and tenant enquiries
  • Preparing lease agreements and renewals
  • Supporting creditor payments and tenant invoicing
Skills & Experience
This role is ideal if you:
  • Are studying for your Property Management registration or recently qualified
  • Are motivated, organised and eager to learn
  • Have strong admin skills and great attention to detail
  • Communicate confidently and professionally
  • Are comfortable using MS Word, Excel and property management software (Property Tree or similar)
  • Hold a current driver’s licence
  • Ideally live in Adelaide’s southern suburbs
