This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Manager seeking a stable, long-term position with a well-established agency. The previous Property Manager remained with the business for six years, reflecting the supportive working environment.
The opportunity
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 70 properties
- Join a supportive team of four
- Earn up to $90,000 + super, depending on experience
- Enjoy flexibility around your working hours
- Receive a work phone and reimbursement for business-related travel
- Work Monday to Friday in an office-based position
- Receive support and training during your transition
Key responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day requirements of your portfolio
- Build strong relationships with owners and tenants
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Conduct routine inspections and property condition reports
- Manage lease renewals, arrears and tenant enquiries
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance requirements are met
About you
- Previous property management experience
- Current property management registration
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and time-management abilities
- A proactive and professional approach
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
