The Opportunity
people2people is partnering with a boutique real estate agency to recruit an experienced Property Manager.
You will manage an established portfolio of approximately 70 larger residential properties, primarily located around Kalamunda. With dedicated administrative and trust accounting support, you can focus on providing quality service to owners and tenants without completing PCRs or trust accounting.
This is an office-based position with flexibility around start and finish times. Full-time hours are preferred; however, reduced hours may be considered for the right person.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day requirements of approximately 70 residential properties
  • Coordinate routine maintenance, including gutter cleaning, smoke alarm servicing and termite inspections
  • Conduct routine and final bond inspections
  • Manage bond disposals
  • Coordinate leasing activities and property viewings
  • Liaise with owners, tenants and contractors
  • Maintain accurate property records using Console
About You
You will ideally have previous property management experience and be confident managing your own portfolio. Candidates with different levels of experience are encouraged to apply.
You will also need: Strong organisation and time-management skills Confident communication and relationship-building abilities A professional and practical approach to problem-solving Your own reliable vehicle
