The Role
An opportunity exists for a Part‑Time Property Manager to support a growing residential portfolio. This role offers genuine flexibility and would suit someone seeking five school‑hour days, making it ideal for parents or those balancing other commitments. The position is also open to candidates new to the property management industry who are motivated to build their experience in a supportive, team‑focused environment. You’ll work closely with a small, collaborative team and be involved in the day‑to‑day management of residential properties.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist with the management of a residential property portfolio
  • Communicate professionally with landlords, tenants and trades
  • Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs
  • Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and notices
  • Monitor rental arrears and follow up as required
  • Ensure all documentation and records are accurate and compliant
  • Provide general administrative support to the property management team
Skills & Experience
  • Current SA Property Management Registration is essential (must be held prior to commencement)
  • Open to candidates new to the property management industry
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of organisation
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a small, tight‑knit team
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn, take direction and contribute positively to team culture
