About the role

Join a supportive and stable team at a leading property management firm where your expertise will be valued. This role involves managing a residential portfolio of approximately 80 properties, with the potential to grow to 120–130. The organisation prioritises a structured approach to property management, allowing you to develop meaningful relationships with landlords and tenants while ensuring high standards of service.



Key responsibilities

  • Manage landlord and tenant relationships

  • Oversee leasing and tenant selection processes

  • Conduct routine and final inspections

  • Coordinate lease renewals and rent reviews

  • Manage maintenance and arrears with structured support

  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation



Skills & experience

  • Proven experience in residential property management, ideally 3 to 5+ years

  • Strong knowledge of WA tenancy legislation

  • Current WA registration

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and resolve conflicts

  • High attention to detail and a calm, professional approach
