Property Management Coordinator
Our client has an opportunity for a Property Management Coordinator is responsible for managing, maintaining, and coordinating properties in community housing and disability services.
The role ensures that all properties are safe, well maintained, compliant, accessible, and suitable for participants, staff, visitors, and service delivery requirements.
The Property Management Coordinator works closely with support teams, participants, families, landlords, contractors, maintenance providers, and management to ensure property-related matters are handled professionally, promptly, and in line with organisational policies, NDIS requirements, tenancy obligations, and workplace health and safety standards.
Key aspects of the role Manage the day-to-day operation of company-managed or leased properties, including supported accommodation, offices, and service sites.
Ensure all properties are maintained to a safe, clean, functional, and accessible standard.
Coordinate regular property inspections and identify maintenance, safety, accessibility, or compliance issues.
Maintain property records, lease documents, inspection reports, maintenance logs, contractor details, and compliance documents.
Liaise with landlords, real estate agents, body corporates, councils, and relevant authorities as required.
Property management includes leases and other maintenance registers.
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, upgrades, and emergency works across all properties.
Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues, particularly where participant safety, accessibility, or service continuity may be affected.
