The Role
Our client is a high-profile organisation with a large number of property assets and construction projects of all sizes and complexities. We currently have a role in their team working on a range of projects related to construction and building projects.
Essential skills in stakeholder engagement, a building-construction background, budget and financial project / client side project management skills and experience are essential to this role.
With a keen attention to detail and expert management skills, the Project Managers ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Applicants must have end to end project management skills and experience.

We are looking for project managers who have a proven track record in successfully managing projects with ease and flair! You will thrive on variety and working in a fast-paced role. Strong consultation skills and the ability to keep projects running on time and on budget will be key to your success. You must have a current police clearance.
Excellent communication and analytical skills, a high level of computer literacy and the ability to manage work across a large number of reporting entities are essential. Previous experience of 3 + years in local or state government is ideal or client side project management.
