The Role
This part-time position offers flexibility while providing the opportunity to play a key role in developing and managing a residential property portfolio. You will work closely with the leadership team to establish efficient processes, deliver exceptional client service, and support the growth of the rent roll. This role would suit an experienced Property Manager who enjoys autonomy, takes pride in their work, and is looking for a long-term opportunity where their contribution will genuinely make an impact.
Duties & Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of a residential property portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conduct routine inspections and manage follow-up actions
- Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs
- Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears
- Handle tenancy applications and leasing administration
- Ensure compliance with relevant residential tenancy legislation
- Maintain accurate property records and documentation
- Support business growth through exceptional customer service and client retention
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in residential property management is essential
- Current Real Estate Registration or Licence (as required)
- Strong knowledge of residential tenancy legislation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
- Strong administration and time management skills
- Experience with property management software will be highly regarded
