The Role
A newly created role has become available for an experienced Office Manager seeking a flexible part-time role within a professional and people-focused environment. Working three days per week, with flexibility to work four school-hour days for the right person, this varied position will see you take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while also providing support across a range of human resources functions.
This role would suit an organised and proactive professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats, has previous office management experience, and brings practical hands-on exposure to HR administration, recruitment and employee support.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day administration and operation of the office
  • Provide support across recruitment activities, including coordinating advertisements, candidate communications and onboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with staff inductions and onboarding of new team members
  • Coordinate training, compliance and employee engagement initiatives
  • Act as a first point of contact for general HR and office-related enquiries
  • Support leadership with people and culture administration
  • Manage office supplies, systems and general business administration
  • Assist in creating a positive and professional workplace environment
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team as required
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in an Office Manager or similar administration leadership role
  • Practical experience supporting HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding and employee administration
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional, approachable and proactive nature
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment
  • Previous experience within real estate, professional services or a similar fast-paced environment will be highly regarded
