Maintenance Coordinator

About the role
The Maintenance Coordinator will support the strata management team by coordinating maintenance requests, liaising with contractors, and keeping owners and other stakeholders informed throughout the process.
Key responsibilities
  • Receive and coordinate maintenance requests
  • Engage contractors and schedule required work
  • Follow up with contractors to ensure work is completed
  • Keep owners, strata managers and other stakeholders updated
  • Respond professionally to queries and concerns from owners
  • Review contractor reports and prepare clear summaries
  • Maintain accurate records and file relevant documentation
  • Escalate unresolved maintenance matters when required
  • Provide general administrative support to the strata team
Skills & experience
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident speaking with contractors and owners over the phone
  • Comfortable managing challenging or upset stakeholders
  • Proactive and willing to follow up outstanding work
  • Able to manage multiple requests and changing priorities
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Experience in scheduling, administration, customer service or coordination
