Our client is a well-established property investor and funds manager with a substantial national portfolio spanning retail, industrial and office assets. Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Investment Manager to join a high-performing team and contribute to the strategic management of a diverse property portfolio.
Working closely with senior leadership, this role offers exceptional career development for a property professional seeking to broaden their exposure across asset management, valuations, investment analysis and stakeholder management.
About the Role
As the Investment Manager, you will play an integral role in supporting portfolio performance and executing asset-specific strategies designed to maximise long-term value.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the delivery of asset management and investment strategies across the portfolio
- Monitoring asset performance and identifying opportunities to enhance value
- Managing relationships with external consultants and service providers
- Conducting lease reviews, analysis and tenant negotiations
- Assisting with capital expenditure and asset improvement projects
- Preparing and contributing to property and fund-level reporting
- Supporting valuation processes and debt reporting requirements
- Liaising with key stakeholders including tenants, financiers, valuers, consultants and legal advisors
- Assisting in achieving portfolio income, occupancy and investment return objectives
About You
We are seeking a commercially astute and analytically minded property professional who is looking to grow their career within asset and investment management.
You may currently work in:

Candidates with a valuation background looking to transition into investment management are highly encouraged to apply.
To be successful, you will ideally have:
- A tertiary qualification in Property, Property Economics, Valuations, Finance or a related discipline
- Approximately 2-4years' experience within the property industry
- Strong financial and analytical capability
- Sound understanding of property performance metrics, leases and valuation principles
- Advanced Excel skills, with exposure to Forbury viewed favourably
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive approach and strong attention to detail
