The Role
We are seeking an experienced Inspection Manager to take ownership of routine inspections and compliance across a residential portfolio. This role is pivotal in maintaining property standards and ensuring landlords and tenants receive exceptional service. If you thrive on detail and enjoy working independently while being supported by a collaborative team, this could be the perfect fit.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Schedule and complete entry, exit, and routine inspections for residential properties
  • Identify maintenance and safety concerns promptly and accurately
  • Prepare detailed, professional inspection reports using Property Me, Tapi, and Tenant Options
  • Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, and contractors to resolve issues
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and safety standards
  • Work closely with the property management team to deliver outstanding client service

Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
  • Previous experience as an Inspection Officer or Property Manager
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent report-writing skills
  • Confident communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Sound knowledge of tenancy legislation and compliance requirements
  • Current Property Management Registration or Licence (essential)
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Proficiency in Property Me, Tapi, and Tenant Options
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously
