HR Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join a retail co‑operative business in regional South Australia. This is a full-time temporary position for 3 months, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple HR functions, including payroll.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with end-to-end HR administration, including onboarding and compliance.
  • Process payroll accurately and in line with company policies.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support recruitment processes and liaise with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate training schedules and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Respond to HR queries and provide general support to the HR team.
  • Work in modern offices with a collaborative and professional team.
 
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience in HR coordination or administration.
  • Payroll processing experience is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
