Our client is a NFP specialist in the community housing sector in Adelaide , South Australia.
About the role
This varied and interesting administration and finance role is crucial to supporting the day to day operations of a busy office.
This is a temp role with full time hours and longer term prospects for the right candidate.
Experience with accounts MYOB and expense management system ProSpend for a range of duties including invoicing, creditors, debtors, arrears, bank feeds, rent calculations, data entry and actioning maintenance queries.
Supporting the finance manager with compliance, and efficient monthly processing of all financial tasks, including managing accounts payable/receivable
Skills and Experience
This role is ideal for an accounts /finance administrator with 2-3years experience using MYOB or Xero accounting systems, and has had some experience in the community housing or NFP sector.
Candidates must have a current working with children and police clearance.
Applicants must have full working rights and live in Adelaide, Australia.
