Facilities Operations Manager (6 months + temp role initially)

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Facilities Operations Manager to lead the delivery of facilities management programs, maintenance services, contracts, minor projects and asset strategies across a large and complex South Australian property portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Lead preventative and reactive maintenance programs.
- Manage facilities service providers and key contracts.
- Oversee asset lifecycle planning, budgets and compliance.
- Provide expert facilities and property management advice.
- Drive operational improvements, risk management and customer service outcomes.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across multiple sites and regions.
- Lead and develop a small facilities team.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in facilities, property or asset management (minimum 3 years+)
- Strong contractor, stakeholder and budget management skills.
- Experience delivering maintenance programs and facility-related projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and leadership capabilities.
- Knowledge of building compliance, WHS and facilities management practices.
You must be located and living currently in South Australia, able to start with short notice and have a current police clearance and full working rights.
