- Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance, including work order management through systems such as Yardi
- Manage contractor scheduling, site access, inductions and compliance documentation
- Conduct site inspections and cleaning audits, identifying issues and coordinating repairs
- Maintain accurate records and support asset management activities including audits, and reporting
- Support health, safety and compliance requirements while liaising with tenants, contractors and internal stakeholders
- Experience in facilities, property or building operations, with exposure to commercial or retail assets
- Proven ability to coordinate contractors and manage multiple operational priorities and tasks
- Strong administrative, organisational and communication skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi (or similar) and understanding of WHS and compliance requirements are highly regarded
