About the role
As a Facilities and Accommodation Officer, you will be responsible for delivering efficient facilities management activities and overseeing minor works. This role emphasizes continuous improvement in service delivery, particularly in Soft FM services
Key responsibilities
  • Deliver efficient facilities management activities
  • Oversee minor works and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery
  • Manage contracts related to cleaning, hygiene, pest control, grounds, and waste management
  • Ensure effective management and logging of annual periodical cleaning
  • Work collaboratively in a team
Skills & experience
  • Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Strong capability in managing contracts and service delivery for Soft FM services
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects and ensure compliance with standards
