A respected property consultancy based in Adelaide is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to support their Directors and wider team for a 12-month maternity leave contract. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience, excellent attention to detail, and a professional, personable approach.
About the Role
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level secretarial support to Directors, assist with property documentation, and manage a variety of administrative tasks across the business. The role also includes trust accounting, marketing support, and backup reception duties.
Key Duties
- Typing correspondence, reports, and property documentation
- Preparing leasing and sales agreements using REISA and SAILIS forms
- Managing Docusign templates and tracking document execution
- Diary and email management
- Trust account receipting and payments
- Preparing marketing and valuation reports
- Creating brochures and listing properties online
- Supporting property settlements and preparing adjustment statements
- Taking and distributing meeting minutes
- Reception backup
Candidate Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Professional and friendly demeanour
- Prior experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant would be highly regarded
- Experience in real estate/property or legal professional services (desirable)
- Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:15pm
- Salary aligned with experience and industry standards
