Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant | Full-Time | Adelaide SA
A respected property consultancy based in Adelaide is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to support their Directors and wider team for a 12-month maternity leave contract. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience, excellent attention to detail, and a professional, personable approach.
 
About the Role
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level secretarial support to Directors, assist with property documentation, and manage a variety of administrative tasks across the business. The role also includes trust accounting, marketing support, and backup reception duties.
 
Key Duties
  • Typing correspondence, reports, and property documentation
  • Preparing leasing and sales agreements using REISA and SAILIS forms
  • Managing Docusign templates and tracking document execution
  • Diary and email management
  • Trust account receipting and payments
  • Preparing marketing and valuation reports
  • Creating brochures and listing properties online
  • Supporting property settlements and preparing adjustment statements
  • Taking and distributing meeting minutes
  • Reception backup
 
Candidate Requirements
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Professional and friendly demeanour
  • Prior experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant would be highly regarded
  • Experience in real estate/property or legal professional services (desirable)
Work Conditions
  • Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:15pm
  • Salary aligned with experience and industry standards
