A highly regarded boutique law firm based in Adelaide’s CBD is seeking a talented and experienced Executive Assistant to support a senior leader within the practice. With a strong reputation in property, construction, and commercial law, this is a key role combining executive support and legal administration in a fast-paced, professional environment.
About the Role
This position provides direct support to the Managing Partner, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. The role involves managing communications, coordinating schedules, supporting legal matters, and assisting with internal workflow. It requires someone who is organised, responsive, and confident working with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inboxes, calendars, and meeting schedules
- Draft correspondence, reports, and client communications
- Provide legal secretarial support including file management and billing
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality and manage competing priorities
- Support workflow and internal operations
- Previous experience in a similar EA or legal secretary role
- Strong understanding of legal practice operations (property or commercial law preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software (LEAP preferred)
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information
