We are looking for a standout Executive Assistant to support a leading Commercial Sales & Leasing Agent based in Adelaide.
About the Role:
Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand to a high-performing agent operating at the top tier of Adelaide's commercial property market. This is more than just an admin role. You’ll be deeply involved in the fast-paced world of sales and leasing, providing operational and client-focused support that helps drive performance and results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the agent’s calendar, appointments, and correspondence
- Coordinate property listings, marketing campaigns, and sales materials
- Prepare client proposals, lease/sales documents, and reports
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions
- Handle database management, CRM updates, and pipeline tracking
- Provide on-the-ground support during inspections and campaigns when needed
- Prior experience in a high-level administrative or EA role (real estate preferred)
- Outstanding organisational and time-management skills
- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g. Reapit, Agentbox, etc.)
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- A proactive mindset and team-oriented attitude
