About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join this dynamic team. This hybrid position combines hands-on forms creation and coordination with customer support responsibilities offering plenty of variety and impact. You will work closely with the Forms Project Manager to help develop and maintain legally compliant real estate forms, while providing exceptional support to subscribers using the platform.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be hands-on with both form development and customer support, taking ownership of key responsibilities that keep platforms running smoothly and our subscribers happy.
- Support the development and implementation of real estate forms
- Review and test updates to ensure accuracy and usability
- Manage subscriber requests and feedback for form changes or new developments
- Maintain documentation of form versions and compliance requirements
- Liaise with legal professionals, internal teams, and subscribers
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for form-related issues
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
- Log and track customer issues and resolutions
- Guide customers through form creation and platform features
- Capture feedback to inform product improvements
- Work closely with product, legal, and QA teams
- Contribute to project planning and process improvement initiatives
- Support the evaluation of new tools and technologies
As their new team member you will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy and enjoy balancing structured tasks with problem-solving. You will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret legal or technical documentation. You will need to be highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and have a proactive, customer-focused approach. While not essential, experience in real estate, legal or compliance fields, a background in customer or technical support and knowledge of form design and document management, and experience in project coordination or administration will be highly regarded.
