About the Opportunity
An opportunity is available for a polished and professional Corporate Receptionist to join a commercial property environment. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality front-of-house experience while providing reliable administrative support across multiple business functions. This position suits someone organised, proactive and confident managing a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced office setting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a professional and welcoming reception and front-of-house area
  • Maintain and coordinate an accurate company key register
  • Monitor and replenish office, kitchen and stationery supplies
  • Ensure meeting rooms and office presentation standards are maintained
  • Maintain filing systems, document control and record retention processes
  • Accurately update and manage CRM systems
  • Coordinate IT onboarding and offboarding requirements
  • Assist with internal and external event coordination
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiency
Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience in reception or administration support
  • Professional presentation with a confident and personable communication style
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience maintaining systems such as CRM and filing processes
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • A proactive and team-focused approach
