Our client has a need for an experienced Principal Planner with specialist skills in building planning and capital works project management.
This role is a full time (Temp) role in the northern suburbs as part of a project team.
This role will involve reviewing planned minor construction initiation requests and preparing consolidated action plans for feasibility and review of all completed studies and building condition assessment reports to identify completed versus outstanding works and evaluating recently completed capital projects to inform future staging decisions and strengthen their forward planning.
This role will enhance the project team to make strategic, evidence based decisions aligned with the organisations strategic priorities and to ensure value for money outcomes across the capital program.
