About the Opportunity
This role suits an experienced property professional who can deliver accurate valuations and provide informed advice across a variety of commercial assets. You will prepare comprehensive valuation reports for government, financial and corporate clients while maintaining trusted client relationships. The position also involves supporting junior valuers to strengthen team capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct valuations across a range of commercial property assets.
- Prepare detailed valuation reports for a variety of clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships with consistent, professional service.
- Manage accurate records and multiple deadlines.
- Liaise with clients to confirm instructions and provide updates.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, legislation and internal processes.
- Work collaboratively with the broader team.
- Mentor and support junior valuers.
Skills and Experience
- Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) accreditation with the Australian Property Institute.
- Experience in commercial property valuation.
- Strong analytical and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident and professional client communication.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
