Cohen Handler has a strong national footprint and is now expanding its team and presence in South Australia. We are seeking two outstanding Buyers Agents to join the existing team during this exciting growth phase in Adelaide.
The Role
We are searching for two driven Buyers Agents to help build the Adelaide-based office. This is a rare opportunity to become a foundational member of a well-supported local team, backed by the resources and reputation of a respected national brand.
This position offers far more than a typical sales role. It is a strategic leadership opportunity involving portfolio growth, deep client relationships, and playing an integral role in expansion across South Australia.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage client acquisition and retention through high-touch, end-to-end buyer advocacy
- Identify and shortlist properties that align with client needs and investment goals
- Represent clients at property inspections and auctions with professionalism
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local real estate agents and stakeholders
- Negotiate property purchases to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients
- Contribute to the strategic development and growth of the South Australian office
Skills & Experience
- A well-developed network and thorough understanding of the South Australian property market
- Proven background in real estate, property sales, or buyer advocacy
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Strong motivation to grow with a dynamic business and support its local success
- Certificate IV in Property
- Flexibility to attend after-hours and weekend inspections as required
