We are partnering with a leading insurance brokerage in Adelaide’s eastern suburbs to recruit a Broker Assistant. Work Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm, with a 1-hour lunch, in a professional and collaborative environment.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Broker Assistant to provide vital support to brokers and clients. You will be involved in client service, policy administration, claims support, and assisting brokers with renewals and research. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing client communications, policy administration, and documentation.
- Assisting with claims support and providing timely updates to clients and insurers.
- Supporting brokers with renewals, market research, and administrative tasks.
- Strong client service skills with clear, professional communication.
- Experience in insurance administration, policy management, or similar.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Focus on data accuracy, compliance, and team collaboration.
- Supportive, professional, and collaborative team environment.
