Associate Sourcing Consultant

The Role
As an Associate Sourcing Specialist, you will play a key role supporting one of the nation's most successful Principal Recruitment Consultants, helping to identify and engage exceptional talent across the commercial property industry. Using your sourcing expertise, curiosity, and determination, you'll uncover hard-to-find candidates, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. Working closely with your consultant and wider team, you'll contribute valuable market insights while building a strong foundation for a successful career in recruitment.
Responsibilities & Duties
  • Source, engage, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and targeted search strategies
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future opportunities
  • Conduct candidate interviews and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
  • Research talent markets and provide insights on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Build long-term candidate relationships and maintain an active professional network
  • Support recruitment operations, compliance, and data management
