The Role

The Role
As their new Property Management Assistant, you will support the Property Management Department with a local portfolio within 10-15 km of the office. Your daily tasks will include:
- Liaising with tenants and responding to phone and email enquiries
- Coordinating maintenance and compliance tasks
- Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Providing general admin support to keep things running smoothly
You’re motivated to build a lasting career in property management and ready to learn from the best. You’ll also have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Current Property Management Registration or Certificate IV
- Current SA driver’s licence and reliable car — essential
- Excellent communication skills — written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills
