Assistant Property Manager

The Role
You will assist in managing a residential portfolio across Adelaide’s western/northern suburbs. Working closely with an experienced team of six.  This role offers stability, structure and the opportunity to further develop your skills in property management.

The Duties
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Completing routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
  • Conducting open inspections and supporting tenant enquiries
  • Liaising with tenants to build strong relationships
  • Providing administrative support across the portfolio
  • Ensuring compliance with property management standards and legislation
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have a current Property Management Registration or studying towards this qualificatrion, an unrestricted driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle. You will bring previous experience in a real estate office, together with strong verbal and written communication, organisational and time management skills. Most importantly, you will have a professional yet approachable manner and a proactive attitude that allows you to work collaboratively with your colleagues and clients.
