About the Role
In this varied support role, you’ll assist the property management team with the day-to-day operations of residential tenancies. From inspections and leasing to maintenance coordination and administration, you’ll be learning the ropes with hands-on experience and expert guidance.

Key Responsibilities
In this hands-on support role, you'll assist the property management team with a variety of tasks that ensure smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional client service:
  • Assist with leasing, inspections, and tenant communication
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with trades
  • Prepare documentation and update property records
  • Respond to phone and email enquiries professionally
  • Support the property management team with a variety of administrative tasks
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in real estate, customer service or administration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, organised mindset
  • Confidence using property management software and Microsoft Office
  • Current Property Management Registration (or studying towards it)
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
  • English as your first language is preferred due to the communication demands of the role
