A well-established national property firm is seeking a driven Assistant Facilities Manager to join its growing Adelaide team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of retail and commercial assets, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship from a senior Facilities Manager.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations, including maintenance and contractor management
- Ensure compliance with WHS and site induction protocols
- Respond to tenant requests and manage service delivery
- Conduct property inspections and assist with reporting and budgeting
- Support capital works planning and lifecycle management
- Experience in facilities or property management, or a trade background
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Motivation to grow within a collaborative, high-performing team
