The Roles
We are currently recruiting for TWO immediate-start administration roles within well-established trades and service-based companies. You will be stepping into fast-paced operational environments where strong administration, coordination, and communication skills are essential. These roles support the daily flow of trades and service operations, ensuring jobs are scheduled, processed, and completed efficiently. If you come from a trades, maintenance, plumbing, or electrical office environment, these roles are a strong match for your experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • In these roles, you will take ownership of critical administrative functions that keep busy service operations moving without delay. High-volume reception and phone/email management
  • End-to-end administration support in fast-paced environments
  • Scheduling and coordination of trades and field staff
  • Processing invoices, purchase orders, and accounts support
  • Managing job flow, updates, and system accuracy in real time
  • Customer service and issue resolution under pressure
  • Liaising daily with trades, suppliers, and clients
  • Maintaining organised, accurate, and up-to-date records
Skills & Experience
  • To secure one of these roles, you will already have proven experience in trades-based office environments and understand the pace and expectations of service-driven businesses. Experience in trades, maintenance, plumbing or electrical administration
  • Background in reception, scheduling, accounts, or coordination roles
  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities in high-volume settings
  • Confident communicator who thrives in busy environments
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with job management or accounting systems highly regarded
  • Reliable, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running
  • Strong work ethic and solution-focused mindset
