ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support across the team
- Assist with operational processes and quality management
- Prepare, review, and manage documents and records
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Support selected personnel with calendar and email management
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role
- A professional, proactive, and enthusiastic approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with document formatting and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with SharePoint (desirable but not essential)
