ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This contract role offers the chance to become a valued member of a high-performing administration team. The successful candidate will bring strong problem-solving abilities, excellent computer skills, and a commitment to customer service, all while managing high volumes of work and meeting tight deadlines.
The role plays a key part in the preparation and quality control of technical documentation, ensuring all materials meet the firm’s high standards. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and is eager to contribute to a growing client base.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide administrative support across the team
  • Assist with operational processes and quality management
  • Prepare, review, and manage documents and records
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Support selected personnel with calendar and email management
 
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role
  • A professional, proactive, and enthusiastic approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with document formatting and Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with SharePoint (desirable but not essential)
