About the Opportunity
This role is responsible for providing high quality customer service as the first point of contact for customers, retailers, contractors and suppliers. You will support all areas of the Centre Management office by ensuring communication is accurate, office operations run efficiently and administrative functions are well coordinated.
Key Responsibilities
Reception and Customer Support
- Manage front desk enquiries and incoming calls
- Assist customers, retailers and contractors with general requests
- Maintain mail, contact lists, records and office supplies
- Oversee lost and found, staff calendars and contractor sign-in processes
- Raise purchase orders, assist with invoicing and support debtor follow-up
- Collect and input monthly sales data and support reporting tasks
- Prepare basic documentation and update tenancy information
- Assist with lease processes, compliance checks and centre operations
- Assist with incident reporting and communication with relevant parties
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
Skills and Experience
- Administrative background with a strong customer service focus
- Retail shopping centre experience is highly regarded
- Knowledge of administration systems including property management systems
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and handle difficult situations
- Experience in accounts or debt management is beneficial
- High attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
