Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial statements for 100 trusts and companies
  • Reconcile intercompany loans and allocate multiple bank statements in Business Central
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations for shopping centres and residential properties
  • Prepare and reconcile receipts and payments quarterly
  • Coordinate payment of water, council rates, land tax & ESL for portfolio properties
  • Prepare monthly debtor reporting for shopping centres
  • Reconcile personal credit cards and banking for Managing Director
  • General administration and finance support
 
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience as an Accountant
  • Bachelor Degree in Commerce (preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Experience with Business Central or similar ERP systems
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Professional, confidential approach to all tasks
