About our speaker Tracy Morgan

Tracy is an experienced Non-Executive Director and business leader with over 35 years’ experience across commercial and not-for-profit sectors. She specialises in strategy, risk, governance, and business transformation, bringing strong financial and commercial expertise to board roles including non-executive director at Gold Coast Hospital and Health Services, and Deputy Chair at Wesley Community Services Ltd and director positions across health and community services.

Tracy is a former CEO of World Hope International (Australia) and previously built and sold two professional services firms. She holds an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and AICD Faculty Member.

Deborah Lane

Deborah Lane is an accomplished CFO and strategic finance executive with more than 20 years of experience across high-growth, private equity-backed and ASX-listed organisations.

She specialises in finance transformation, governance, commercial growth and building scalable, high-performing finance functions. Deborah is also a former President of the CPA Australia NSW Divisional Council and is passionate about leadership, mentoring and the future of finance.

Lachlan Grant

Lachlan Grant is the Co-Founder and CEO of Vital Addition, bringing extensive experience across finance, operations and business growth.

A Chartered Accountant, he has spent more than a decade helping startups and growing businesses strengthen their financial foundations, scale effectively and navigate complex commercial decisions. Lachlan is also an experienced entrepreneur, having co-founded and built multiple businesses across professional services, technology, hospitality and financial services.
