Rebecca Chan is the National People & Culture and Learning & Development Manager at Barry Nilsson, where she leads initiatives supporting employee capability, professional development and organisational culture.

She has more than 15 years of experience across learning and development roles with Barry Nilsson, Vodafone, Macquarie Group, Dimension Data and ELMO Learning Services. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources and International Business from the University of Sydney.

Jarrod Tucker

Jarrod Tucker is a Special Counsel in Corporate and M&A at Thomsons, advising Australian and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, restructures, joint ventures and commercial contracts.

With more than 10 years of experience across private practice and senior in-house roles, Jarrod also specialises in technology law, procurement, privacy and digital transformation. He holds Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from The University of Western Australia.

Adam Lysle

Adam Lysle is the Head of Operations at Long Saad Woodbridge Lawyers, supporting the firm’s leadership, growth, sustainability and strategic direction.

He has extensive experience across legal practice management, business operations, restructuring and financial management. Adam also operates Biz Dr., providing practical advisory support to businesses facing operational challenges. He studied Business and Accounting at the University of New England and holds an Associate Diploma of Accounting.
