Hiring processes are designed for efficiency and consistency, but not always for difference. As organisations compete for talent and rethink performance, many leaders are asking a bigger question: are our systems built for a narrow definition of “capability”? And how many strong contributors are we unintentionally overlooking?
Join Sarah Gaudieri, Neurodiversity Researcher and Lecturer in Educational Psychology, for an interactive session focused on neurodiversity in the workplace, from recruitment through to performance, engagement and retention.
Key session takeaways:
• What neurodiversity means in a workplace and recruitment context
• Where recruitment processes unintentionally filter out neurodivergent talent
• The difference between “performance issues” and environmental mismatch
• How psychological safety drives engagement and capability
• Practical adjustments that strengthen both inclusion and productivity
• What hiring managers and HR leaders should reconsider in 2026
Ideal for HR professionals, business leaders, and hiring managers who want to widen their talent lens while strengthening performance and retention outcomes.
