As workplaces increasingly adopt AI, new opportunities are emerging to better identify, monitor and reduce psychosocial risks, but they also raise important questions about ethics, oversight, and the role of human judgement. This in-person event explores how AI can be used to analyse workplace data to detect patterns linked to stress, burnout, aggression, and workload pressures, while still maintaining a human-centred approach to employee wellbeing.
You will learn:
• How AI can be used to identify and assess psychosocial risks through workplace data
• Real-world examples of organisations using AI to better manage workload and reduce strain
• Where human oversight is essential when applying AI to mental health and wellbeing
• Ethical considerations when using AI in psychosocial risk management
• How to integrate AI insights into existing psychosocial risk frameworks without losing the human touch
