About our speaker Tracy Morgan

Tracy is an experienced Non-Executive Director and business leader with over 35 years’ experience across commercial and not-for-profit sectors. She specialises in strategy, risk, governance, and business transformation, bringing strong financial and commercial expertise to board roles including Chair of Anglicare Southern Queensland and director positions across health and community services.

Tracy is a former CEO of World Hope International (Australia) and previously built and sold two professional services firms. She holds an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and AICD Faculty Member.
