This is an exciting full-time Property Manager role where you will take ownership of a residential portfolio across the western or northern regions. You’ll be responsible for managing inspections, leases, arrears, repairs, and maintenance, while building strong, lasting relationships with landlords and tenants. Working closely with Leasing Partners and Assistant Property Managers, you’ll provide exceptional service and support, ensuring every client experience reflects professionalism and care. With flexible work locations and a supportive team behind you, this role is perfect for someone looking to grow their career while making a real impact.

Duties & Responsibilities As a Property Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining strong relationships across your portfolio.  Your key responsibilities will be:
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to maintain strong relationships
  • Manage arrears and tenancy compliance
  • Conduct final and routine inspections as required
  • Attend tribunal hearings when necessary
  • Manage repairs and maintenance efficiently
  • Establish competitive rental rates through market research
  • Collaborate with team to deliver superior client service
Skills & Experience
  • Current Property Management License (essential)
  • Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle (essential)
  • Experience managing a residential property portfolio
  • Exceptional customer service and professional approach
