Are you a polished and professional receptionist ready to take the next step in your career? A commercial property firm in Adelaide is seeking a Corporate Property Receptionist to be the welcoming face of their CBD office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around two years’ experience in reception or a transferable role to join a busy team and grow within the property industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, tenants, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries efficiently
- Coordinate meeting rooms, appointments, and office supplies
- Provide administrative support to the property management team
- Assist with document preparation and data entry
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers as required
To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Around 2 years’ experience in reception or a similar customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive and professional approach to work
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and office systems
- An interest in property or real estate is a bonus!
