The Role:
Are you a detail-oriented property professional with a passion for lease administration and commercial property? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lease Administrator to join a dynamic and fast-paced property team within a well-established South Australian business.
This role will see you supporting the Leasing Executives and General Manager with all aspects of lease documentation and property administration. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of the leasing process and maintaining accurate records across the property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage lease documentation, renewals, and associated compliance records
- Monitor rental arrears and lease violations
- Coordinate rent reviews and generate monthly reports including tenancy schedules and financial summaries
- Assist with marketing collateral and ensure property listings are current
- Provide general administrative support to the property team
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with internal teams
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in lease administration or commercial property management
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
